to the road for a series of concerts celebrating Yes’ musical legacy of
the seventies, eighties and nineties. Yes featuring Jon Anderson, Trevor
Rabin and Rick Wakeman toured first in North America and then brought
their live show to the UK in early 2017, including this performance
captured at the Manchester Apollo.

Type control and click OK or hit <enter>.

Control Panel opens and options are there…

Open the ‘Run’ dialog box by pressing the Windows key + R.

Type shell:startup in the “Open” edit box and click OK.

Now you can drag and drop or copy/paste into startup folder



Disable .js javascript automatic execution outside browsers

How do you disable automatic execution of .js javascript outside browsers (from mail attachments etc.) – protect your installation from .js files like Locke/Locky harddisc crypt ransomware.

On windows 7-8-10:

locate the “run” application (win10: start – all apps – windows system)
type regedit and <enter>
click HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT
locate and click .js
double-click (Standard) to the right
Blanck out the value (JSFile)
click OK

If you would like to have a list on your toolbar (like in previous windows versions) of installed programs on your windows 8… consider to add…

On desktop, on taskbar, right click to add new toolbar and paste %ProgramData%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

Tabs

Ctrl+1-8 – Switch to the specified tab, counting from the left.

Ctrl+9 – Switch to the last tab.

Ctrl+Tab – Switch to the next tab – in other words, the tab on the right. (Ctrl+Page Up also works, but not in Internet Explorer.)

Ctrl+Shift+Tab – Switch to the previous tab – in other words, the tab on the left. (Ctrl+Page Down also works, but not in Internet Explorer.)

Ctrl+W, Ctrl+F4 – Close the current tab.

Address Bar

Alt+Enter – Open the location in the address bar in a new tab.

Search
